Included software:

In some cases, software by other authors may be included in the
distribution. (For example, encryption routines) Where this is the
case, the respective author's copyright conditions shall apply to this
component, and be respected by any person using the software. It is
the intention that any such inclusions shall be free of redistribution
constraints, though not necessarily covered by the same licence as the
    main product.

Trademarks:

The product name, and identifying banners and logos remain the
    intellectual property of the author(s).

Consent is granted to freely redistribute these trademarks in
association with unaltered copies of the original software. Use in
connection with modified or derivative works requires consent.

The original distribution may not be redistributed or sold under
    modified branding or identification.

As a waiver to the above, any person may customise the appearance of
the product for internal use by his/her own business, for example
to add a company-branding to a network logon screen.

Note:

Some downloadable copies may include an earlier licence-statement.
These copies may continue to be used under the earlier licence,
or if preferred may be used under the licence-terms outlined above.
